Activate Your MACPASS Is this your first MACPASS? If you are new to MACPASS, the way in which you obtained your first MACPASS will determine the best way to activate it. "I obtained my MACPASS on-line or through telephone registration." If you registered for MACPASS on-line or through the telephone, you should have received a MACPASS package in the mail. This package includes your transponder, user guide, and mounting template. Separately, you should have received a letter containing your personalized PIN. With this information in hand, first click here and then click on "Transponder Info" to get started. "I obtained my MACPASS through the MACPASS Pick-Up in the Service Lanes." If you purchased your MACPASS package in one of the "Open" service lanes and do not already have a MACPASS account, please click here to get started. "I already have a MACPASS." If you already have a MACPASS, and now need to activate an additional transponder that you have received by mail, click here and then click on "Transponder Info" to get started.
