There are four ways to get a MACPASS:

On-line:
To order MACPASS on-line you must use a major credit card.

- Personal Application
- Commercial Application

Please Note: If you enroll on-line your MACPASS will be shipped to you the next business day.

By phone: With your credit card in hand, call (902) 463-3100 and a customer service representative will take your order. Your order will be processed and your MACPASS will be mailed to you the next business day.

In person: Drop by the MACPASS Customer Service Centre at 465 Princess Margaret Blvd (located at the lower level of the MacKay Bridge Administration Building in Dartmouth) from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm

MACPASS fees

We are moving to axle-based tolling May 1, 2008. The fees listed below will come into effect at that time.

The toll you pay is based on the number of axles on your vehicle. Most passenger vehicles pay $0.60 if using a MACPASS - which is less expensive than the cash toll of $0.75. A complete list of fees based on the new axle based system is included below:
